Appointments
Appointments are available Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.  If you wish to schedule your child for an elective surgery while he or she is on a school break, we recommend doing so as soon as possible as space may be limited due to high demand.  If referral authorizations are required by your insurance company, we ask that you initiate this process prior to your scheduled appointment with us.  If you are unable keep your appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we make contact other patients that may be waiting to be seen.  


Urgencies & Emergencies
For urgent medical needs after hours, please call our office number (865) 546-2131. Our answering service is available to accept your calls. In extreme emergencies, we recommend that you dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for assistance.


Insurance & Billing
As a service to you, we will file insurance claims for you.  You will be expected to pay co-payments, deductibles, or any amounts due at the time of service.  If you do not have insurance coverage for your child please contact our office to discuss payment arrangements. We will attempt to accommodate any reasonable arrangement to allow your child to have the care they need. Insurance coverage is available to all children in Tennessee either through the TennCare program or the CoverKids program.  Please visit www.covertn.gov for details.

We accept:  Aetna, Americhoice TennCare, BlueCross BlueShield, BlueCare, Cariten, Cigna, First Health, Great West, Humana, PHCS, PHP, Tenncare Select, Principal, United Healthcare and most all other carriers.  If you have any question please contact your insurance to confirm participation.

CareCredit
We offer a unique program called CareCredit for those families who may have no insurance, high deductibles, or may desire a procedure not covered by insurance.  With approved credit, families can finance their child's care up to 18 months with no interest or choose an extend payment plan up to 60 months.  Please contact our office for more information or visit www.carecredit.com.
